Welcome to Religious Education for the 2019-2020 School Year
Important update for our Religious Education Program
There are many questions about activities in the diocese and in our parish, including our Religious Education program.
Following the lead of the Diocese who has closed all Catholic Schools through Sunday, March 29, as well as other parishes who have done similarly with their religious education programs, our Religious Education classes will not meet in the school building for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.
We have met with the diocese and will be rolling out a plan where you will teach your child at home for the remaining classes. We will share that information by Sunday March 15.
Please join me placing all of our trust in the Lord, “who made Heaven and earth,” and seeking His help, healing and protection. Let us rely on all the spiritual tools we have – in particular the Rosary – and pray for an end to this illness here and throughout the world.
Please note that all activities related to First Eucharist and Confirmation will be held as scheduled.
